Class 2

Welcome to Class 2!

There are 22 children in class 2, taught by Miss Gerrish.
Year 3 is the first year at Junior school and the children are encouraged to become more independent learners. We have lots of fun in class 2 and have had lots of opportunities for visits linked to the curriculum.

We currently have a special visitor in class 2.... Scrapman. He has come from Envolve at Green Park Station and will be with us for two weeks to help us learn about the importance of recyclying!

We are also learning Spanish with Mrs Robinson on a Wednesday morning!

 

 

Class pets:

Class 2 have their very own Australian Stick insects called Bruce and Sheila. The pupils learn about the importance of taking care of pets and often take the stick insects home at weekendsand over the school holiday.
